Who Can Apply? — Eligibility Requirements
- PhD degree in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized University or Institution
- No prior work experience is required — fresh PhD holders are eligible
- Applicant must be a Pakistani National
- Engineering post applicants (Sr. No. 2–5) must be registered with PEC with a valid certificate
- Veterinary Science post applicants (Sr. No. 8 & 9) must be registered with PVMC as RVMP/RAHD with a valid certificate
- Candidates with a foreign degree must attach an HEC/IBCC Equivalence Certificate
- Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel
- Result must be officially announced by the Controller of Examinations on or before the closing date
- Incomplete applications will be considered ineligible
