📌 What is PMA Long Course?
The PMA Long Course is a two-year Regular Commission training program at the Pakistan Military Academy (PMA) Kakul. Successful candidates will be commissioned as Second Lieutenants.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Nationality: Pakistani citizens, AJK, GB
- Gender: Male only
- Marital Status: Unmarried (exceptions for serving personnel)
- Age:
- 17–22 years – Intermediate
- 17–23 years – 2-year graduation
- 17–24 years – 4-year graduation
- 17–25 years – Army Soldiers
- Height: 5'4" (162.5 cm)
- Weight: As per BMI
🎓 Education Requirements

| 2-Year Graduation + FA/FSc | 60% + 60% |
| 4-Year Graduation (BS, BBA) | 60% |
| Army Soldiers | 55% |
Note: 55% acceptable for FATA, GB, and Balochistan.
📝 Selection Process
- Online Registration: joinpakarmy.gov.pk
- Preliminary Tests (Written + Intelligence)
- Physical Test:
- 1.6 km run – 8 min
- 15 push-ups – 2 min
- 20 sit-ups – 2 min
- 3 chin-ups – 2 min
- Medical & Interview at AS&RC
- ISSB – 5-day testing
- Final medical & GHQ selection
