• 8-12 years post-qualification experience in relevant field (BPS-17 or above).
• Age Limit: 35 to 50 years
• Appointment Type: Contract (03 Years, Non-Extendable)

• Master’s degree with 13 years administrative experience in BPS-17 or higher in university or education department.
• Age Limit: 21 to 50 years
• Appointment Type: Regular

3. Controller of Examinations (BPS-19)

• Master’s degree with relevant experience (similar to Registrar).
• Age Limit: 21 to 50 years
• Appointment Type: Regular

1. Apply online via https://eportal.iub.edu.pk before 21 July 2025.
2. Send hard copy of signed application, attested documents, and processing fee challan of Rs. 4000/- by 25 July 2025 to:
   Assistant Registrar (HRE-II), Room No. 103, First Floor, Abbasia Campus, IUB Bahawalpur
3. Original degrees, CNIC, Domicile, Experience Certificates must be attached.
4. Applicants already in Government service must apply through proper channel with NOC.

Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA admissible.
