- Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable

- System-generated challan is required for payment

Complete Online Application
Fill out the online application form carefully and completely. No editing will be allowed after submission, so double-check all information before submitting.
Note: Candidates who applied in June 2024 must apply afresh for this advertisement.
Generate Fee Challan
After submitting the online application, the system will generate a fee challan. Print this challan with the appropriate application fee amount.
Pay Application Fee
Visit any branch of Bank of Punjab and deposit the application fee as mentioned on the challan. Keep the deposit receipt safe.
Prepare Required Documents
Gather and prepare attested copies of the following documents:
- CNIC (front and back)
- Domicile certificate
- All educational certificates and transcripts
- HEC degree verification (for teaching posts)
- Experience certificates (if applicable)
- NOC (for government employees)
- HEC equivalence certificate (for foreign degrees)
- Deposited fee challan receipt
For Professor & Associate Professor: Prepare 6 complete sets of all documents including research publications and certificates of distinction.
Print Online Application
Print the completed online application form. Sign it and attach all required documents along with the deposited fee challan.
Submit Hard Copy
Submit the signed hard copy of the online application along with all attached documents to:

- For BS-18+ non-teaching posts, only experience in BS-17 or higher will be considered

- Foreign degree holders must submit HEC equivalence certificate
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview
- No TA/DA will be admissible for interview
