Eligibility Criteria — District Manager
📚 Education Requirement
- Minimum 16 years of education — Bachelor's (Hons) or Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university.
- Candidates with 18-year degree (MS / M.Phil.) will be given additional preference and bonus marks.
💼 Experience Requirement
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fieldwork management, data collection, conducting surveys, analysis, or team management — mandatory for all candidates.
- Proficiency in IT equipment (computer/tablets) is required for efficient data management.
- Candidates with a history of poor performance, disciplinary action, excessive absenteeism, or early contract termination in previous projects will NOT be considered.
🏅 Bonus Marks Criteria
Candidates who hold an MS / M.Phil. (18-year) degree, have received formal PSER training by Bureau of Statistics (BoS), and possess direct experience of PSER Door-to-Door Survey work will be awarded bonus marks during the selection process.
🗂️ Key Job Responsibilities — District Manager
- Oversee and manage all field operations and data collection activities within the assigned district throughout the project duration.
- Supervise Tehsil Supervisors and Enumerators to ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality data collection according to prescribed standards.
- Monitor daily field progress, resolve operational and logistical issues, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for smooth project implementation.
- Ensure data integrity and strict compliance with the prescribed data collection methodology, tools, and quality protocols.
- Prepare and submit regular field progress reports to senior management as required by project timelines.
