📌 General Instructions

1. Apply online through careers.uoc.edu.pk. After the online submission, candidates must also submit two (02) sets of the dossier in hard form, along with the signed online Application Form and original paid fee challan.
2. Submit a detailed resume along with attested copies of CNIC, domicile, degrees, result cards, transcripts, experience certificates, and the first page of each HEC-recognized journal publication (if any).
3. Candidates in regulated professions must attach a valid registration certificate from the relevant professional council/regulatory body, where applicable.
4. Foreign qualification holders must provide an equivalence certificate from HEC or IBCC along with the Application Form.
5. Processing fee: Rs. 3,000/- (non-refundable) payable at any Bank of Punjab branch. UoC employees are exempt from this fee.
6. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate, complete application and fee challan for each post.
7. Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Body employees must apply through proper channel by the due date.
8. Government applicants must obtain departmental clarification confirming no pending inquiry or outstanding dues, required for the NOC/permission certificate.
9. Government service experience is accepted only via certificates from the appointing authority; private-sector experience only from entities registered with a relevant regulatory body. Appointment letters alone are not accepted as proof.
10. Part-time, honorary, apprentice, internee, visiting faculty, and daily-wage experience will not be counted.
11. Upper age relaxation applies as per Government of Punjab policy.
12. Quota for persons with special abilities, minorities, and women will be observed per Government of Punjab policy.
13. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview; a screening test may be conducted if required.
14. The University reserves the right to withdraw/cancel the advertisement, change the number of posts, or fill/not fill any position without assigning any reason.
15. Online application deadline: 07 October 2026 (Wednesday). Signed hard copy must reach the Registrar's Office (via registered courier/post only) by 08 October 2026 (Thursday), 4:00 PM.
16. Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will not be entertained.
17. Recruitment follows the University of Chakwal Act 2019, Appointment Statutes 2021, and UoC Recruitment Policy 2021. Pension/retirement benefits follow Government of Punjab policy.
