Complete Online Application

Pay Test Fee

Pay Rs. 1,150 within 15 days of advertisement publication using the generated electronic payment challan through designated banks.

Download Roll Number Slip

Roll number slips will be available on NTS website at least one week before the test. You'll also receive SMS alerts on your registered mobile number.

Appear for Computer-Based Test

Attend the NTS Computer-Based Test (CBT) on the scheduled date. Bring your original CNIC, roll number slip, and a recent photograph. Biometric verification will be conducted.

View Provisional Results

Provisional test results will be displayed instantly on screen after test completion. Official results will be posted on the NTS website.

Interview Stage

Only qualified candidates will be called for interview. District posting preferences will be submitted at this stage, subject to available seats.

General Instructions

  • Contract Basis: These positions will be offered on a contract basis governed by PSCA Service Regulations 2017 and Punjab Essential (Maintenance) Services Act 1958.

Posting & Deployment

  • Candidates will submit regional/district posting preferences at the interview stage according to available seats.
  • Upon completion of mandatory training, posting will preferably be in or near home districts, subject to vacancy availability and operational requirements.
  • However, the Authority reserves the right to deploy officers at any location within Punjab based on organizational needs.
  • Posting preferences shall not create any right or entitlement to be posted in preferred districts.

Test & Interview

  • The test will be conducted through Computer-Based Testing (CBT) by NTS.
  • Biometric verification will be mandatory at the test terminal.
  • Only eligible candidates who qualify the NTS-administered test will be called for interview.
  • No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

Any false information, impersonation, or document tampering will result in immediate disqualification or termination at any stage, along with legal action as per Pakistan Penal Code.

Waiting List Policy

A waiting list of successful candidates shall be maintained for a period of one (1) year and may be utilized against future vacancies as per organizational requirements. This provides additional opportunities for qualified candidates beyond the initial 267 positions.
