📋 Probation Period
A mandatory probationary period of 6 months applies to all new appointments, during which performance is assessed against defined KPIs.
🕐 Shortlisting
Only the most suitable candidates will be shortlisted for tests/interviews. Meeting minimum criteria does not guarantee a call. NADRA may raise the bar based on the volume of applications received.
🏛 NOC Required
Candidates currently serving in any government, semi-government, or autonomous body (including NADRA employees) must obtain a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department prior to applying.
📄 Background Verification
All candidates are subject to thorough background verification through the relevant regulatory authority. Any discrepancy or adverse finding can lead to rejection at any stage.
🎓 Experience Requirement
A minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience is required for the Network Engineer (Media) post, and 3 years for Infrastructure and Core Networks posts.
📱 Communication
All official correspondence — including test schedules and interview calls — will be conducted through the registered mobile number. Keep it active throughout the recruitment process.
🚫 No TA / DA
No Travelling Allowance or Daily Allowance is admissible for candidates appearing in tests or interviews, regardless of travel distance.
📱 No Phone / Email
NADRA will not entertain phone calls, emails, or personal visits regarding recruitment status. Monitor the official portal and your registered mobile for all updates.
⚠ Important: During the interview, candidates presently serving in government departments, semi-government organizations, or autonomous bodies are required to apply through the proper channel and must have obtained a NOC from their respective department. Lateral applications without NOC will be disqualified at the interview stage.
