Board of Investment (BOI) intends to recruit competent and experienced professionals in Project Pay Scales (PPS) under its PSDP project titled "Establishing Pakistan-China Economic Corridor Industrial Cooperation Development Project (CPEC-ICDP)" on contract basis for one year or till completion of the project, whichever is earlier.

Position Details
MBA / MPA / Masters in Management Sciences
At least 5 years in the relevant field
- Exposure to Special Economic Zones (SEZs) and China-facing roles
- Familiarity with CPEC and Industrial Cooperation frameworks
- Working knowledge of public sector; good analytical and writing skills
- Ability to prepare positions papers, summaries, presentations, and analytical reports
Master's or equivalent degree (16 years education) in Computer Science / Software Engineering from a recognized university. Professional certifications in Management Information Systems and ERP will be preferred.
7 years in Web-Development / Software Development. Working knowledge of backend and frontend web technologies.
MBA / Masters in Economics, Management Sciences, MS Project Management, or BSc Engineering. Higher Education will be given preference.
At least 3 years in a reputable private firm. Knowledge of public sector especially development / infrastructure projects. Good analytical and writing skills.
BS (Software Engineering) or equivalent. Candidates having Professional Certifications / Workshops will be given advantage.
5 years in Web-Development / Graphic Designing / Software Development. Proficient in Drupal, Laravel, Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop.
MBA/MPA/Master in Management Sciences, MS Project Management, MA Mass Communication, Journalism or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of professional interpreting experience. Good written and oral command of English.
MBA/MPA/Master in Management Sciences, MS Project Management or equivalent. Higher qualification will be given preference.
At least 3 years in the relevant field. Knowledge of public sector working, ability to prepare positions papers, summaries, presentations, and analytical reports.
Graduate with Interpreter diploma/certificate and expertise in Chinese & English interpretation. Master's degree in Chinese language preferred. HSK Level-5 or above is an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of professional Chinese-English interpreting including exposure to investment facilitation and industry engagements. Excellent written and oral command of English and Chinese.
BSCS / BS IT / Masters in Project Management. Certification in Management Information System / GIS will be preferred.
Minimum 3 years as Business and/or Quality Assurance Engineer. Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing. Working knowledge of backend and frontend web technologies (Java, SQL, and ReactJS etc.)
Minimum graduation or equivalent with computer proficiency OR regular APS of public sector.
5 years of experience in relevant field. Expertise in MS Office.
Minimum Graduation from a recognized university.

Matric. Valid LTV/HTV driving license. Additional skills preferred. Must have Rawalpindi/Islamabad domicile.
NIL. 1–2 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
Matric. Valid motorcycle rider's license and a clean driving record. Must have Rawalpindi/Islamabad domicile.
Proven experience of official mail/documents handling as a dispatch rider or in a similar delivery role will be preferred.
Important Instructions
- Submission of original documents shall be mandatory at the time of interview.
- Applicants already in Government service should apply through proper channel. If selected, they will have to resign from Government service before appointment.
- No TA/DA will be admissible for the purpose of test/interview.
- Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview in Islamabad.
- Candidates applying for Driver and Dispatch Rider must apply through NTS. Interview and test will be conducted by the Departmental Selection Committee.
- BOI reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or reject any/all applications without assigning any reason.
- Any false or forged information will result in cancellation of candidature at any stage, even after appointment.
- Candidates must submit separate online applications if wishing to apply for more than one post.
