How To Apply:
Important Instructions and Terms & Conditions
- 1. Interested candidates may download the Application Form from the University website: www.uo.edu.pk.
- 2. Candidates must submit their applications complete in all respects along with the original bank draft/deposit slip by 14-02-2025.
- 3. Applicants are advised to carefully read all instructions and terms & conditions mentioned in the advertisement and on the University of Okara website. The responsibility for the correctness of the data in the Application Form lies solely with the candidates.
- 4. Those already employed in Government, Semi-Government services, or autonomous bodies must apply through the proper channel and provide a "No Objection Certificate" at the time of the interview.
- 5. Candidates must submit separate applications for open merit and reserved quota posts.
- 6. If a screening test is held for a post, it will be mandatory for all eligible candidates to appear, regardless of whether they are applying on merit or quota.
- 7. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.
- 8. An application processing fee of Rs. 1,000/- (for BPS-18 posts) must be paid for each application. This fee can be paid via bank draft (NTN No. 9021534-6) in favor of "Treasurer University of Okara, Renala Khurd," or deposited in HBL (Account No. 01527913908901). Attach the original bank draft/deposit slip with the application form.
- 9. Applications in hard copy must be submitted in the prescribed format and received at the Registrar Office, University of Okara, before the closing date.
- 10. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the test/interview.
- 11. Age relaxation will be granted as per government policy.
- 12. Quotas for disabled persons, minorities, and women will be observed according to rules.
- 13. The university reserves the right to withdraw any post, advertisement, or application without providing any reason. Such decisions cannot be challenged in any court of law.
- 14. The university may adjust the number of positions based on its requirements and budget availability.
Interview and Call-Up Letter
Shortlisted candidates will receive their Call-up Letter and information regarding the date, time, and venue of the test/interview via post/email. This information will also be uploaded on the University of Okara website.
