About CEAA - National Planning and Development Authority
The National Planning and Development Authority (CEAA) is an autonomous body of the Government of Pakistan responsible for comprehensive national planning, development coordination, and policy formulation. As a premier institution, CEAA plays a pivotal role in shaping Pakistan's economic and social development strategies.
CEAA is now seeking highly qualified, motivated, and experienced Pakistani nationals to fill 18 different positions across various BPS scales ranging from BPS-06 to BPS-19. This is an exceptional opportunity to serve the nation and contribute to Pakistan's development agenda.
Available Positions & Details
1. Regional Coordinator
BPS-19 | Position Code: S#1
Qualification: Master's Degree (18 years education) in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Management or relevant field. Minimum 10 years relevant experience including 3-5 years in managerial/coordination role.
Key Skills: Strong leadership, planning, and monitoring skills. Proficiency in report writing and MS Office required.
Experience: Experience with government or donor-funded projects and multi-stakeholder coordination will be an asset.
2. Divisional Monitoring Officer (DMO)
BPS-18 | Position Code: S#2
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree (16 Years Education) from HEC recognized university in Public Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Data Management, Educational Management or related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in monitoring and evaluation of development-related projects in Pakistan. World Bank funded project experience is an advantage.
Additional: Must demonstrate ability in designing M&E systems in a multi-faceted organization.
3. Assistant Director Admin/Establishment
BPS-17 | Position Code: S#3
Qualification: Master's Degree (16 years education) from Government reputable recognized institution with at least 2-year work experience. Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

4. Damage Assessment Officer
BPS-17 | Position Code: S#4
Qualification: Second division Master's/BS or Equivalent from any HEC recognized University.
Training Required: 8 months training including skills of report writing, presentation (oral and written), Urdu and English skills, extensive data analyzing using software.
Note: Hardware and software will be provided by CEAA.

5. Inquiry Officer
BPS-16 | Position Code: S#5
Qualification: Minimum BA/BSc or equivalent qualification (preferably in Public Administration, Law, Legal studies) from recognized institution.
Required Skills: Strong understanding of government rules and procedures, experience in handling administrative inquiries, excellent report writing and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office.
Preference: Experience in inquiry and public sector departments will be preferred.

6. Field Assessment Officer
BPS-16 | Position Code: S#6
Qualification: Bachelor's degree (14+ years education) in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Actuarial Sciences, Quantitative Economics, Computer Science, or related field from HEC-recognized university.
Skills: Proficiency in statistical methods, data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel), report writing.
Experience: Relevant experience preferred but not mandatory.

7. Office Assistant

Qualification: Second Class Bachelor degree or Equivalent from any Government recognized Institution, with at least one year work experience.

Qualification: 2nd Division FA/FSC or Equivalent qualification with basic computer & IT training.

Physical Requirements: Physically Fit with One year Experience.

13. Lower Division Clerk

Qualification: Second Class Matriculation from any educational board with a typing speed of 30WPM.

Qualification: Having proper LTV/HTV Driving License with 1 Years' Experience.

16. Telephone Operator
BPS-05 | Position Code: S#16
Qualification: Matric with good Communication Skills.
Experience: Experience as Telephone Operator is Mandatory.

Qualification: Physically Fit.

Application Process - Step by Step Guide
1Visit Website
Visit the Central Evaluation and Assessment Agency website at www.ceaa.org.pk and create your account if you're a first-time user.
2Complete Application
Fill in the online application form with accurate information. Upload all required documents including educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and experience letters.
3Pay Test Fee
Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed test fee (Rs. 500 non-refundable) in any branch of UBL Bank, Easypaisa app, agent Shop, Jazz Cash app or agent Shop.
4Upload Deposit Slip
After successful fee submission, upload the original deposit slip (CEAA copy) into your CEAA account having mentioned your name, Father's name, CNIC, Domicile, Post Applied, and S/No.
5Submit Documents
Other necessary documents/testimonials/certificates will be provided by candidates who qualify the screening test and when required by CEAA, as well as selection committee.
6Download Roll Number
Candidates are informed through SMS by CEAA to download and Print their Roll No. Slips from www.ceaa.org.pk
Important Application Guidelines
- Last date for submission of online Application Form and deposit of test fee is 17 February, 2026 at 11:59 PM
- Candidates will be informed through SMS and email updates. Stay connected to your registered contact information
- Do not give ported/converted mobile number during online application
- Test or Interview dates, times & venues will be mentioned on Roll Number Slip and on www.ceaa.org.pk
- No TA/DA will be paid to candidates for screening test or interview
- The interviews will be issued to candidates by the concerned Chairman selection committee as deemed appropriate through postal/courier means
Terms & Conditions
Screening & Selection Process
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the CEAA Screening Test
- Final eligibility will be determined after scrutiny by CEAA and the Selection Committee
- Shortlisting and final selection will be based on the CEAA Screening Test, which will carry 50% weightage
- All candidates will first be considered for Open Merit based on their CEAA Screening Test scores (aggregate)
- Screening Tests for all posts except for the Industry Provident Fund will be conducted in all Provincial/Regional Headquarters
Quota & Eligibility
- Shortlisted candidates must fulfill all eligibility criteria by the closing date of applications
- Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted
- Government or Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel
- Quotas for women (10%) and minorities (5%) will be observed as per policy
- Age relaxation of 5 years will be admissible, except serial no 01, 02, 14
- Separate applications and fees are required for multiple posts

Important Notes
